Birds flew in the dimming sky, the sun setting for the day as people packed up their stalls. Children were being ushered home by their parents, friends were bidding each other goodbye and salesmen were calling in last orders before they packed up.
All in all, it had been a normal day, filled with average happenings... and that included that damn troublemaker.
A little girl was chasing a cuckoo bird, laughing giddily as she waited for her mother to finish talking to her friend. It was then she heard some shouting, stopping in her spot as she turned to look in the direction that it came from. She saw a flash of navy blue hair duck into an alleyway, not even a minute later being followed by royal guards.
The escapist had a giant grin on his face, one to match that of the happiest child alive. He was dressed in your standard clothing, though it seemed to have an element of regality to it. One to contradict his actions.
He ran through the back allies of the Hyrule market place, dodging peop
Part 2- Chapter 1 A Weakening LandWe had no idea what exactly was going on. It had been a year already since everything had started to go wrong again. It all began with men coming from the east. From the desert. Without anybody noticing, they conquered a large part of Hyrule’s land in only 40 days.Part 2- Chapter 1 A Weakening Land by Ste-Rose
Nobody would say it, but everybody though it… “What if it was Him again?”
I had met the Princess few months ago. We couldn’t figure out how it could be possible. Ganondorf had been defeated. He was locked in the sacred realm. We had done everything as it was meant to be. Maybe the leader of the eastern troops was just a fanatic trying to avenge the wielder of the Triforce of power! But even if it was only that… He was very good.
Since a week, everything was wrong. The royal family was nowhere to be found and the eastern soldiers, dressed in black armors, were everywhere. They were literally ruling Hyrule, a province at the time.
The Resistance, though, was still there. The group Telm
Part 1 - PrologueI have never been good for riding horses. I think those beasts are scary and difficult to handle. But the day it all began, the horse I had stolen quickly became my best friend. That day, I was begging that horse to run away from those monsters. I was begging it to run faster.Part 1 - Prologue by Ste-Rose
They were coming. They were getting closer. They were angry. They were killers. Killers ready to beat me to death. Killers betrayed by my cowardice. I was a coward. I was a real coward. I did not want to stay with them. I wanted to be free. I wanted to lead my own life!
But then, I felt pain on my ribs. An arrow, of course! I fell off the horse and it kept running without me. At least one of us had made it! I had fallen on my ankle and it was terribly painful. But who cared? I was going to die. I took my sword out, hoping it could make me live some more minutes. I prayed. Who? I didn't even know. Godnesses. Din. Farore. I tried to remember the name of the other one… But hey! I really couldn’t care an

"I'd ask if you have any last words, but they're not going to matte-"
"How'd you find us...?" Jace growled, cutting Skreemin off.
"Oh! Your little pet bird attacked me before he came to find you guys. Safe to say, if not for him, we probably wouldn't have found you. Lucky us, huh?" Skreemin spoke coldly. The sound of the bow string stretched as Skreemin pulled the arrow back to shoot. His target would be smack in the center of Jace's eyes. Regardless of the situation, Jace wasn't panicking. He had a look on his face that, if looks could kill, would've probably set Skreemin up in flames... Skreemin did notice this change in body language, given Jace was freaking out a bit ago. What he wasn't watching, was Jace's hand reaching behind himself. As far as Skreemin was aware, Jace was weaponless, so wasn't much concerned about this body-language. At the moment, Jace was in a check-and-mate situation,
Prophecy of Light and Shadow Ch8The night passes in a haze of restless dreams. I awake at dawn conscious of only one thing: I must make up for the mishap with the king. Dressing quickly, I ignore the sleeping bodies in the bunk beds around me. They are shadows, turned gray in the budding dawn light. The ‘barracks,’ someone called them, are quite the luxurious hole in the wall. A large window in the back of the room looks out into the courtyard. Someone’s out there. No, two people: One tall and muscular and the other smaller, of child stature.Prophecy of Light and Shadow Ch8 by animek22x
Impa and Zelda.
My chest tightens.
I have to do it. It’s not my strong point, but I have to do it.
If I can utilize the Princess’ trust in me, I may be able to get more information on the kingdom. Information Ganondorf can use. In the very least it will avert their eyes from me. I can’t look like a traitor. But then, why would I? I’m only ten… Why should I have to be afraid of my own people? It doesn’t matter if you should or
Prophecy of Light and Shadow Ch7The sun drags across the sky. Tiny figures slide across the top of Castle Town’s wall, encased in metal suits. When they see us coming, they man a crank and lower the gate.Prophecy of Light and Shadow Ch7 by animek22x
“Who are those men?” I ask. “What are they wearing?”
“Those soldiers are from the castle. Can’t you see the crest on their armor?” The poison in Abana’s tone makes me cringe.
“Yeah, I guess…” I swallow, then continue slowly. “Are you… mad at me?”
“No, no. I’m perfectly fine with the fact that you ignore me all the time.”
“I’m sorry, I… I’ve had a lot on my mind.”
“Like what, Anali? How much you love ranches?”
I flinch. “I’m sorry!”
“You left me there alone! You didn’t even think to ask her if I could go with you, did you? I could have helped you! I could have protected you!”
“I’m SORRY, ok?” A wave of heat rushes to

Chapter 1: The princess’s Prophecy and the Girl from the sky
“You have got to be kidding me! There is no way in Majora I’m traveling with that heathen!,” Kari yelled while pointing at the red haired man across the room.
“You must Kari, he is a Gerudo prince and by himself he would not be trusted but with you and Kasuto by his side, you who are hand picked by hers truly will be trusted and believed. I need all of my subjects to work together to keep the kingdom safe.” Princess Zelda smiled at the three and gave each one of them a pat on the head.
“But Princess, the Sheikah may be loyal, but that...that - Aviel is a thief! He’ll stab us in the back the minute we look away!,” the half-fairy cried while fixing her magenta hair back into its usually perfectly straight style. Which at the current moment due to her frazzled attitude it stood on end and ruffled with her constant head movements.
“Shut it, you wingle
